Mosaic patterns have always been among my favorites because they are so easy to knit. This sweater is basic in shape, but the pattern is fairly complex. The colors and pattern placement are inspired by
an ancient screen that I saw years ago in the Archaeological Museum in Ankara, Turkey. These elements add up to a most attractive garment.
