The Shoulder Slinky….

Totally cool and perfect for any season! The pattern shows you many variations of this fabulous accessory. For instance: add fringes, borders, ruffles, buttons, beads, add a second color….

The possibilities are endless and yes, you can even hang it over a lamp! This one was crocheted with one of our Lightly skeins in the color way called “Happy”.

Any yarn weight from lace to bulky can be used, therefore the hook size and gauge will vary greatly. This will make a great stash buster!

To give you an idea about yardage:
Lace weight: Yardage needed, about 250 yards. See the coral colored one in the pics that has been created with a size E hook.

Chunky weight: Yardage needed, about 90 yards and you might need a size S hook and so forth.

So take out your hooks and experiment with sizes and yarn weights….

One thing is sure though- you will have fun creating the slinky and most likely not just in one color or yarn weight!
