Size 6 mm (U.S. 10) knitting needles.
Size 6 mm (U.S. 10) circular knitting needle 24 ins [60 cm] long or size needed to obtain tension.
Cable needle.

Panel Pattern A: 6 stitches, 4 rows
Panel Pattern B: 9 stitches, 8 rows
Panel Pattern C: 12 stitches, 12 rows

Cable section is worked flat, then seamed. Yoke section is worked in rounds in 4-row Ridge Pattern. Lower edging is picked up and worked 1 round to finish.
