Shetland Shawl
by Templetons
This is an old pattern that my parents picked up on honeymoon over thiry years ago. I have since seen a copy on ebay.
The pattern is worked in what I believe is the traditional shetland style with a center section to which you add borders and edges. The pattern is not charted, but for the edging lace section I found it helpful to chart it out myself.
The pattern calls for 8oz of yarn. I purchased 250g and I think I’ll need most of it including the swatches.
Other Materials:
cable needle
stitch holder
