This striking retro beret is knitted using intarsia and colourwork techniques. The sideways construction means that the colourwork is not as complicated as it may first appear, because the Hat is created by knitting a series of panels.
Pattern instructions include 5 sizes, from 6mths through to large adult.

36yd/33m for a 6x6in/15x15cm swatch in St.St.
DK weight, plied yarn.
