Shepardson is the warm and happy result of trying to use up every last bit of two special skeins of yarn.

Easy to knit and even easier to wear, this neckwarmer is also simple to customize. Choose two skeins of luxurious cashmere, lovely hand-dyed merino, or any special yarns you may have in your stash.

If you use fingering or sport weight yarns, hold them doubled throughout for even more coziness and warmth.

Yarns used:
Worsted Version: Woolfolk Får 1 skein each of colors 5 and 12
Sport Version: Plucky Knitter Cashmere 1 skein each of colors Waders and Sockeye

Yardage: You will need approximately 280 yards of worsted weight yarn or 560 yards of sport weight yarn. Shepardson is easily modified for more or less yardage.

Gauge: 24 stitches over 4” in K1P1 ribbing (unstretched)
