This was a fun design for a cushion cover competition. The sheep are attatched with velcro, so that you can take them off and play noughts and crosses/tic-tac-toe - or rather black sheep v white sheep!

It was meant to be knit from stash, so I used up some very cheap acrylic dk and doubled it to make it nice and quick to knit (because as usual I left it till the last minute to actually cast on and start knitting) - the 2 downsides of this are that I don’t know how much yarn I used and that the pattern was rather scrappily notated on random bits of paper….

So, PLEASE if you wish to knit this, I’d be delighted, but bear in mind that it’s never been test knitted and there may be the occasional errors - I have done my very best to proof read it, but I am not (no way ever) perfect. Please contact me if you do find any errors or indeed if you knit it and it’s all ok so that I can then ammend/remove the disclaimer!

There is a bit of crochet involved (the sheep bodies) - I am not a crocheter by nature and believe I’ve got all the terminology right.
