This is a PDF crochet pattern for a fun shark blanket in multiple sizes, toddler through adult! BONUS doll size instructions also included! Features of this pattern include:

The pattern can be made with either 2 strands of #4 worsted weight yarn held together (which makes it VERY economical to make as any brand can be used) OR one strand of #6 super bulky yarn for a super premium blanket!

The pattern can be made “cocoon style” or with one side open to be more like a sleeping bag.

You can put your feet right in the tail fin.

The length of the body is totally customizable. Make it fit just to the waist…or all the way up to the chest!

Skill Level: Easy to Intermediate, must be able to read a written crochet pattern.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
2 strands of #4 worsted weight yarn will be held together for the entire blanket OR you can use 1 strand of #6 super bulky yarn.

Approximate amounts needed for BULKY version:
Toddler #6 BULKY: 21 oz gray plus small amount of white
Child #6 BULKY: 42 oz gray plus small amount of white
Adult #6 BULKY: 52-63 oz gray plus small amount of white

Approximate amounts needed for WORSTED WEIGHT version (amounts provided below are the amount needed to purchase, not how much is used):
Toddler #4 WW 2 strands: 32 oz gray plus small amount of white
Child #4 WW 2 strands: 32 oz gray plus small amount of white
Adult #4 WW 2 strands: 64 oz gray plus small amount of white
