Shadows beanie
The Shadows beanie is a ribbed and patterned hat worked bottom up. It has ha plaid pattern at the top made up by alternating between adding and removing a lace yarn, kind of like stranded knitting. You can choose the length of the hat by either folding the brim double or trippel. The beanie comes in five sizes.
YARN Yarn 1: BC Loch Lomond (150 m ≈ 164 yd/50 g)
Yarn 2: Kaos Yarn Brushed Alpaca (225 m ≈ 246 yd/25 g)
If you want the plaid pattern to be prominent choose the colour of yarn 2 with as much contrast to the colour of yarn 1 as possible. Either by having it a lot darker/lighter, or by choosing a contrasting colour.
SIZES A-B-C-(D-E), for head circumference ≈ 47/49-50/52-53/55-(56/58-59/61) cm ≈ 18,5/19,25-19,5/20,25-20,5/21,5-(22/22,75-23/23,75) in.
