The design for this bracelet was inspired by the shabby chic trend as well as the mori fashion, which is a style built up on generous amount of laces, ribbons, flounces and layered clothes and accessories with a sprinkle of Gothic and Victorian soft and comfortable elements and fairy tales. The style is romantic and highly feminine.
The written pattern is accompanied by up-close, detailed photos of the process of making this lovely shabby chic bracelet.
What you need:
* sport cotton yarn and 1.9 mm steel hook (hook #5 US). Please consult hook recommendation on your yarn label if you decide to make it with different yarn size
lace ribbon and taffeta strip for the shabby roses
pearls (4,6 and 8mm)
sewing thread and needle
Used terms in American terminology: chain (ch), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), half double crochet in back /front loop only (HDCBLO / HDCFLO), double crochet (dc).
