One of my first tasks as an architect in Zurich was a façade study in Seefeld. When I looked at the houses in the Zurich neighbourhood, I noticed the wrought-iron balconies. Artfully crafted iron that is both decorative and functional.

Seefeld is both decorative and beautifully warm. The decorative cables play around the head.

The hat is knitted from the bottom up in the round. Cables and purl stitches alternate.

For Seefeld, I chose yak wool, which reflects the price range for flats in Seefeld. To show best the cable pattern, I recommend a solid colour.

Eine meiner ersten Aufgaben als Architektin in Zürich war eine Fassadenstudie im Seefeld. Als ich die Häuser im Zürcher Quartier anschaute, sind mir die schmiede-eisernen Balkone aufgefallen. Handwerklich kunstvoll geformte Eisen, die sowohl dekorativ sowie funktional sind.

Seefeld ist sowohl dekorativ als auch schön warm. Die dekorativen Zöpfe umspielen den Kopf.

Die Mütze wird von unten nach oben in der Runde gestrickt. Zöpfe und linke Maschen wechseln sich ab.

Für Seefeld hab ich Yak-Wolle gewählt, die die Preislage für Wohnungen im Seefeld widerspiegelt. Um am besten das Muster zu zeigen, empfehle ich eine uni Farbe.
