Seedling
This pattern was originally published in 52 Weeks of Shawls by Laine Publishing. Now available as a single PDF as well.
Seedling is an engaging yet easy knit. The crescent shaped shawl is knitted from the top down. The textured body has a woven look that is achieved with slipped stitches. When worked in a loose gauge, the fabric drapes beautifully. The delicate eyelet border brings lightness to the shawl.
