Seeded Stripes
The easiest way to get stripes into a scarf is to let the yarn do it for you. Self-striping yarn can be fun to work with, as the color changes keep the knitting interesting. The super-simple seed stitch adds texture to this striped scarf.
The Seeded Stripes Scarf is perfect for the beginning knitter, or for mindless or meditative knitting. A good pattern for gift-giving, too. It’s very easy to adapt to whatever yarn weight you like. Just grab yarn in stripe colors that appeal, and away you go!
