Sea Sparkle Poncho/Wrap
Sea Sparkle is reminiscent of childhood holidays, when the sun sparkled on the sea and beckoned me in.
Knitted in aran/worsted yarn, it is a lighter knit for mid-season. The poncho with beaded fringe and sparkly thread, is a statement piece and looks great with jeans or flowy skirt. The wrap would be great on a summers’ eve, or over a winter coat. The fringe, beads and sparkly thread are optional.
There are 4 sizes, from approx. 4yrs to large adult. Instructions are written line by line in English, with British/USA terms. The pattern is actually easy/intermediate and may be suitable for a confident beginner - there is no shaping. You need to be able to - slip 1st, pass slipped st over, k2tog, yarn forward, knit, purl, cast/bind on and off, and hold yarn and sparkly thread tog as you work.
