These ocean themed mittens were knitted as a MKAL, September 2019, in the I Make Mittens group.

The pattern is currently formatted as a mkal with separate files. I plan to eventually reformat it.

You will need fingering weight yarn in 2 contrasting colors. The mittens are ocean themed, but will look good in a wide variety of colors.

I used: Knitpicks Palette in colorways Pennyroyal (MC) 130-220 yds, 120-200M and Bluenote heather (CC) 90-150 yds, 100-160M.

These mittens have several size and style options.
Mitten width: 64 or 72 stitch width.
Cuff length: 2” or 3” length.
Thumb: Gusset or afterthought thumb.
Tip length: Short, regular, or long mitten top. 1/2” differences between lengths.
