The pattern is both available in English and Norwegian. You will receive both versions when you purchase the pattern.
For the English pattern choose: SeaBreezeMittens.pdf.
For the Norwegian pattern choose: SjobrisVotter.pdf.

To knit these mittens you will need, in addition to the pattern, 2 skeins Rauma PT2, or similar fingering weight yarn, in 2 different colors. And you will need knitting needles US 1 (2.5mm) or size to obtain gauge.
