Scarves are an essential knit accessory for little ones. Easy to wrap around their neck when it is chilly out, Scout is a small scarf with a lot of style. A large cable motif flows up the center of the scarf, decorated by textured knit and purl stitches on each side. Uptown Worsted Hues is super-soft and pleasant to work with, and the pretty color changes in the yarn will get lots of love from whomever you make it for.

PATTERN NOTES
This scarf is worked in one piece from the bottom up. The Scarf Pattern is written directly in the pattern instructions, as it is only 31 stitches wide. We suggest working your gauge swatch across those 31 stitches until your piece measures approximately 4” tall to check your gauge. The Scarf Pattern is also charted for your convenience.

Regarding yarn requirements, this scarf takes almost exactly one full skein of yarn. You may wish to purchase an additional skein as insurance.
