Schuyler Socks
The classic rhythm of ribbed socks gets a new look by mixing in slipped stitch patterns. The slipped stitches blend the colors of this highly variegated yarn to prevent pooling. This pattern was inspired by the toe-tapping tempos and the irresistible pulse of Broadway show-tunes.
This pattern ws released in September 2017 to the Blue Moon Fiber Arts Rockin’ Sock Club members for one year.
Additional gauge check is:
32 sts and 46 rows = 4” (10cm) over stockinette stitch
Yardage per size: 282 (347, 405, 488)yds
Gently blocked cuff circ: 6 (7, 8, 9)“
The Slipped Stitch Cuff Pattern is not very stretchy. Be sure to not pull the floats tight when slipping stitches. If you need more leg room, consider going up a needle size or two.
