The Almost Autumn Skinny Scarf is knit flat in a simple seed stitch, worked with sock yarn held double for extra warmth and depth of color. Simple increases and decreases shape the tapered ends, while clean garter edges keep the sides from curling. The seed stitch texture lies flat and adds visual interest without adding complexity. Long, tapered tails allow the scarf to be styled multiple ways — tied kerchief-style at the neck, wrapped and knotted, or simply draped. It’s a quick-knit, all-season accessory — easy to make, easy to wear.
