Just as scalloped potatoes are a comfort food, the stitch pattern used for this hat can be described as comfort knitting. The hat is way easier than it looks and works with any fingering weight yarn…from solid to wild multi. It works up quickly and is great for using up those partial skeins of sock yarn.
