Savannah Trees

The cowl shown used about 90 grams of yarn
For a longer but narrower cowl, cast on more stitches in 25-stitch increments. Each 25-stitch repeat will add about 3 3/4” (9.5 cm) to the circumference. Keep in mind that adding more stitches will mean that fewer rounds can be worked with a single skein of yarn.
During bind-off, two purl stitches in each 25-stitch pattern repeat are dropped down to the cast-on row. Tug the fabric gently length- and width-wise as necessary to coax the stitches to drop all the way down.
