About choosing colors: color D should be a somewhat light color, and color E is an accent color (maybe something that differs from your other colors?)
About yarn requirements: if your gauge differs from mine, it’s possible that you will need more yarn!
Needles: 4.5-5 mm or to get gauge
Gauge: 14 sts and 38 rows / 10 cm in garter st before blocking – different gauge may affect the size of the shawl and yarn requirements
Notions: Yarn needle, blocking materials, 2 stitch markers
