Sanner Sweater is knit top down in the round with stockinette, and cables on the front and back. You start by casting on for the ribbed neck and increase for sleeves while you knit the rib. You also add short rows in the back for a better fit. You then increase for front and back while knitting cables. You the separate body and sleeves that are knit separately.

Measurements finished sweater:
Breast circumference: 92 (100) 107 (115) 125 (132) 142 (152) cm / 36 (39) 42 (45) 49 (52) (56) 60 inches
Upper arm circumference: 31 (33) 36 (38) 42 (45) 48 (50) cm / 12 (13) 14 (15) 16.5 (18) 19 (19.5) inches
Choose a size 2-10 cm / 1-3 inches bigger than your own measurements. Make sure to choose a size that fits your upper arm circumference. The breast circumference is easy to adjust up and down and is explained in the pattern.
Gauge: 16 sts and 20 rows on 10x10 cm / 4x4 inches in stockinette.
Yarn and needle size:
Sandnes Kos (bulky blow yarn 150 m on 50 g) on needle 4,5 mm (US 7) and 5,5 mm (US 9).
OR:
Nutiden from Höner och Eir held double on needle 4 mm (US 6) and 5 mm (US 8)
No matter what yarn you use it is always smart to make a swatch. If you want to be best in class you could knit a couple of repetitions of CHART B (following your size), block and see if the cable panel will stretch out to the correct gauge. If you need more or less width you should knit more or less of Round2 to compensate. This is explained in the pattern when you get there.
Yarn quantity KOS:
300 (300) 350 (350) 400 (400) (450) 450-500 g
Yarn quantity Nutiden:
As all batches are different it is har to give an exact weight. My size L weighs 270 g, so you should have enough yarn for every size with 500 g.
You will also need: Stitch markers, sts holder/waste yarn, needle to weave in loose ends.
The proto is a size L in Nutiden Yarn.
