This is the third sock of a year-long “Club” of patterns. The entire collection includes 12 sock patterns (plus a few bonus items), representative of different world cities. Skill-Level: Intermediate, sock construction including a shifted gusset start and cable work.
Materials: 350-400 yards (320-360m) of sock yarn. The socks pictured are a size L, and used approximately 380 yards of Hedgehog Fibers Sock Yarn in the color Kid You Not.
Needles: US2(1.25mm) sock needles; pattern is written for DPNs or magic loop
Tools: Cable needle, if required, tape measure, scissors, and tapestry needle
Gauge: 8 stitches and 12 rounds per inch (2.5cm) worked in stockinette
Sizing: Small(Medium,Large,extra-large) socks measure 6.5(8,9,11) inches around at the leg and the foot. The leg height and foot length are adjustable to fit and preference.
