Sailor's Rib Cowl
This cowl is long and snug, which makes it good for doubling over or pulling up over your face in a brisk wind. It’s also suitable for either a man or a woman, and is made with a 16” circular needle in size US 7 and roughly 200 yards of worsted weight yarn.
