Recently, a friend took me to a party where I really didn’t know anyone besides him. A tad nervous, I was hanging out in the kitchen trying to be nonchalant when I noticed a woman wearing the most fantastic buttoned leg warmers. I grabbed my friend’s arm. ‘’Who is that?’’ I squeeked, ‘’And do you think she’ll let me look at her leg warmers?!’’ It turns out Sabrina was just as awesome as her leg warmers and thought it was great that I immediately started writing down notes to knit a pair for myself.

Yarn: 210 (235, 260, 285, 310, 410) yards heavy worsted weight merino.
