“There were no lies here. All fancies fled away. That’s what happened in all deserts. It was just you, and what you believed.”
-Terry Pratchett, Small Gods

A simple stranded colorwork pattern on the leg of these unisex socks makes for an easy but beautiful project. They are worked from the cuff down to the toe, with 1x1 ribbing on the cuff, a short-row heel, a Stockinette foot, and a wide toe. A great introduction to stranded colorwork, and a perfect stashbuster for all those sock knitting leftovers, the color possibilities are endless.
