A long time ago, in a knitting galaxy not so far away…

Meet Saberlight—a sock design subtly inspired by the elegant (and occasionally chaotic) contrast of the Star Wars universe. Drawing on the textured geometry of lightsaber hilts, this pattern uses knit and purl details to create a tactile, galactic vibe without shouting “cosplay!” The top-down construction with a classic heel flap and gusset gives a nod to traditional sock-making, while the yarn—Marianated Yarns’ cheekily named Who’s Your Daddy—adds just the right amount of Force-sensitive flair. Whether you’re channeling your inner Jedi or leaning a little dark side, these socks walk the line between fandom and fashion with tongue firmly in cheek (or perhaps toe firmly in sock).

These socks are knit top-down, starting with a ribbed cuff. The heel is shaped with a flap and gusset.
