Sa Tuna is a tank top with a very simple shape and a rounded neckline, finished either with a crocheted lace border or a knitted i-cord. It has two neckline depths and can be worn front to back.
You start with the front (the higher neckline) then the back (the lower neckline). The body (front and back) is then worked in the round (straight or slightly flared body option). The stitches for the armholes and neckline are picked up and then worked in a crocheted lace pattern or a knitted i-cord. An option with Basque is also offered.

Recommended ease: 0 to 2 inches or 0 to 5 cm of positive ease. To pick your best size, measure your full bust and add your desired ease, then choose the finished bust circumference closest to that number. You can of course choose a tighter or looser fit and knit a size with more or less ease than recommended.

The short flared version is presented in size 4 with 0 inches or 0 cm of ease and the version with basque in size 5 with 2.5 inches or 6 cm of ease.

GAUGE: 26 sts x 34 rows for 4 x 4’’ or 10 x 10 cm in St st.

YARN: this top is knitted with one strand of fingering/sport weight yarn.

Sa Tuna est un débardeur/top à la forme très simple et une encolure arrondie finie par une bordure ajourée au crochet ou un icord tricoté. Il a deux profondeurs d’encolure et peut se porter recto/verso.
On commence par le devant (profondeur la plus haute) puis le dos (profondeur la plus basse). Le corps (dos et devant) est ensuite travaillé en rond (option corps droit ou légèrement évasé). Les mailles des emmanchures et de l’encolure sont relevées puis travaillées en motif ajouré au crochet ou en icord au tricot.
Une option version avec basque est aussi proposée.

Il est conseillé de le porter avec une aisance positive d’environ 0 à 5 cm. Pour choisir la meilleure taille, mesurer le tour de poitrine et ajouter l’aisance souhaitée, puis choisir la circonférence de poitrine finie la plus proche de ce nombre. Il est bien sûr possible de choisir d’avoir un tricot plus ou moins près du corps et de tricoter une taille avec plus ou moins d’aisance que préconisé.

La version courte est présentée en taille 4 avec 0 cm d’aisance et la version avec basque en taille 5 avec 6 cm d’aisance.

ECHANTILLON : 26 m x 34 rgs pour 10 x 10 cm.

MATERIEL : aiguilles suggérées 3 mm (bordure icord) et 3,5 mm (corps) de 80 cm, un crochet 2,5 mm (bordure crochet), une aiguille à laine, câbles pour mettre les mailles en attente et 2 anneaux marqueurs.
