This beautiful sweater features an eye-catching Broomstick lace yoke. The sweater is worked seamlessly from the top-down. It has long sleeves and a neckline that is worked in a join-as-you-go method. Instructions on how to make a short sleeve version is also included.
The Rubies & Lace Sweater is subtly shaped around the waist and hips. The pattern sample was made in Knotty Habit’s Light Fingering 100% Merino yarn (100g/400m).
The pattern offers easy to follow instructions with a link to the best Broomstick lace tutorial. Although considered an Advanced level pattern due to the relatively unknown Broomstick lace stitch worked in the round, an Intermediate crocheter should be able to follow the pattern.
