Royal Elegance
by Gemma R Owen
This beautiful doily features a wide variety of stitches, including dc cross stitches, popcorns, and fpdc clusters.
I crochet tightly and mine measures 11” with size 10 thread and 7/1.65mm hook. Testers have gotten up to 13”. So if you’re picky about finished size you will want to check gauge and adjust hook size accordingly.
I used Hobby Lobby’s Artiste Porcelain for mine and the pattern is written for a solid color, however I remade it using Lizbeth thread and incorporated color changes. As you can see from tester pics, there’s no limit to color options and placement of the colors, making it very versatile for your color needs.
