2x2 Rib: Row 1: K2, P2. Row 2 and all other rows: knit the knit stitches and purl the purl stitches.
Garter Stitch: Knit or purl every row. Every 2 rows = 1 ridge.
Stockinette Stitch: Knit RS rows and Purl WS rows.
Reverse Stockinette Stitch: Purl RS rows and Knit WS rows.
