From the pattern:
Throughout the years, Rosebud has become by signature hat. I first made this hat in a wreath style. I wanted to create a beautiful floral frame for the face of the baby who would receive it. Later, I transformed the wreath into a bouquet on the top of the hat. Both styles look terrific
The pattern has instructions for both flower placements: wreath or bouquet.
