YARN Knit Picks Gloss Fingering (70% merino wool, 30% silk; 220 yd / 1.75 oz): #27018 navy (MC), 1 skein. Knit Picks Palette (100% Peruvian highland wool; 231 yd / 1.75 oz): #25551 rooibos heather (brown; A), #24003 salsa heather (red-orange; B), #24556 rose hip (salmon; C), #24560 almond (tan; D), #24007 tidepool heather (blue-green; E), #26048 seafaring (teal; F), and #25537 aurora heather (dark green; G), 1 skein each.

NEEDLES Sizes 2.5 (3 mm) and 3 (3.25 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

NOTIONS Markers; stitch holder; tapestry needle.

GAUGE 30 sts and 42 rnds = 4″ in St st on smaller needles.

NOTES These mitts are worked in the round from the cuff up, with a stranded colorwork band at the wrist.
