For the wristers you will need the following amount of sport weight yarn:

90 m / 98 yards in main colour
75 m / 82 yards in contrast colour

Finished measurements are height 7” / 18 cm; circumference 7.5” / 19 cm.

For the fingerless mitts you will need the following amount of sport weight yarn:

90 m / 98 yards in main colour
65 m / 71 yards in contrast colour

Finished measurements are height 19.5 cm / 7.75”; circumference 18 cm / 7”.
