This is worked from the cuff down. It is a tight sock and I highly recommend using a larger sized needle when working the leg.
Fold over cuff is optional. The original had a very short gusset. It has since been lengthened. Although the instructions are for a size 9.5 inch length foot it is customizable to be shorter.
