These little purses are very tactile, full of colour and fun to knit. Made up of one rectangle, they come together with very little sewing and don’t need lining or a zip.

They feature my colour pop technique of stocking stitch rolls, joined to a garter stitch background as you go.

I have knitted three different sizes of these purses (10, 13 and 16 cm wide) from the same pattern but you could easily make wider purses, perhaps to use for pencils or knitting needles.
