Tackle the wild with Rocky The Mountain Bear - a toasty hooded sweater that captures the essence of Alberta’s Rockies. This sweater is designed using hand dyed yarn from a talented local artist, reflecting the beauty of Southern Alberta. The instructions are written in American crochet terms, along with crochet diagrams, step-by-step photos, and a conversion chart to UK terms.

NOTE: There is only one size currently in the pattern (as indicated below), but if I decide to grade it in multiple sizes, the updated version will be sent to previous buyer.

CONSTRUCTION: The sweater is worked in the round from the bottom up. You will work the sleeves and body individually to underarms, then join the sleeves on each side of the body and work the yoke around the entire piece to the neck. The hood, ears, and pockets are done individually and sewn onto the sweater in the final assembly.

SIZE: Medium, to fit a 36” – 38” (91.5 – 96.5 cm) bust with a 4”-6” (10-15 cm) of positive ease. Below are the finished measurements of the sweater including ease.
• Bust Circumference - 42” (106.5 cm)
• Body Length - 22 1⁄2” (57 cm)
• Upper Arm Circumference - 14 1⁄2” (37 cm)
• Sleeve Length to Underarm - 16 1⁄2” (42 cm)
