This pretty ripple stitch shawl is designed to take advantage of Black Trillium Fibres beautiful gradient kits. My goal was to use as much of each mini skein as possible without running out of MC. Because of this the pattern is written for one size. However, if you have a lot of both yarns, you may easily increase the size of the shawl by working additional repeats of the chart.

The gradient colors are worked in order from lightest to darkest. I will refer to these skeins as CC1-5 from lightest to darkest.

This is an asymmetrical shawl that begins from a cast on of just 4 stitches and increases out from there. Each right side row increases the overall stitch count by 1 stitch.

Although this is a shawl, it is important to obtain gauge in order to avoid running out of yarn. Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain gauge. The gauge given in the pattern is a blocked gauge.
