River Dreams Hat
The River Dream motif for this hat was inspired by the intricate geometric patterns from the shamanic textiles of the Indians in the Amazon basin of Peru. I wanted to capture a design that reflected both the river and the dreams and songs that give rise to the textile designs. The variegated blue yarn adds depth to the design.
River dreams hat comes in three sizes. Designed with a lining for warmth and a snug fit, River Dreams hat is a good way to keep your ears warm on a cold winter day.
The pattern instructions are clear and easy to work, taking all the stress out of knitting a colorwork hat. The pattern features detailed written instructions, photos, and complete charts for all three sizes.
