Rive Droite is a feminine sweater with several eye-catching details, from the allover lace stitch pattern and sinuous yoke colorwork to the playful addition of tassels. Elegant and mischievous: the woolly embodiment of the Paris Rive Droite spirit!
Colorwork certainly is a distinctive feature in this design, which can be worked with 3 contrasting colors (as in the sample) or just one, but a single colored version would work beautifully too.
There are two sleeve options to choose from:
option 1: above wrist with shaped ribbed cuffs (sample),
option 2: long sleeves with cuffs matching the body hem.
Adding tassels is up to you too, so the possibilities are endless to make Rive Droite your very own!

20 sts x 28 rows to 4” / 10 cm in Swatch Stitch Pattern on main needle, after blocking. Note that Swatch Stitch Pattern is very similar in gauge to stockinette.

CONSTRUCTION
Rive Droite is worked circularly from the top down.
After the yoke is complete, the sleeves are separated and placed on hold while the body is finished. They are then returned to the needle, picking up stitches for the underarm, and worked in the round.
The allover stitch pattern flows in columns from top to bottom, evolving to accommodate yoke increases and a clean transition from body and sleeves to ribbing.
The tassels are optional and added once the sweater is finished.
