I was looking for a classic, timeless little dress.

Rio has a vintage feel to it, and will become an heirloom piece to be handed down from baby to baby.

Top down construction, with a center seed stitch panel and a full princess skirt.

I have started on upsizing this to an adult top, it is in the works
