EN
Incredibly soft and cozy raglan sleeved sweater, worked seamlessly from top down. The work begins with the ribbed neckline, followed by short row shaping. The rest of the upper body is worked in the round, working the Arrow pattern on front. When the upper body is completed, sleeve stitches are placed on hold and the body is worked in the round towards the hem. Sleeve stitches are then placed back on needles and the sleeves are worked in the round towards the cuffs.
Please note that for sizes XS and S, there are 3 Arrows on front, for larger sizes, there are 5 arrows.

The sample is worked holding together Shibui Knits Silk Cloud and Shibui Knits Staccato but you can work this sweater with a single thread also. In this case, I recommend using a DK-weight yarn.

The Arrow pattern is both charted and written and the pattern includes a photo tutorial for German short rows.

NEEDLES
For main body, raglans and sleeves:
US 6 / 4 mm circular needles, 16” / 40 cm and 32” / 80 cm
US 6 / 4 mm double pointed needles (or a long circular needle if using Magic loop technique)

For ribbings:
US 4 / 3.5 mm circular needles, 16” / 40 cm and 32” / 80 cm
US 4 / 3.5 mm double pointed needles (or a long circular needle if using Magic loop technique)

NOTIONS
7 stitch markers (1 BOR marker, 4 raglan markers, 2 markers for the Arrow pattern)
2 row counters (1 for raglans, 1 for Arrow pattern)
waste yarn for holding the sleeve stitches
tapestry needle to weave in the yarn ends

GAUGE
22 sts and 32 rows in Stockinette stitch using larger needles and both yarns held together = 4” / 10 cm after blocking
Use the needle size that gives you the gauge.

DE
Ein Rundpassen Pullover, der nahtlos von oben nach unten gestrickt wird. Zuerst werden ein paar verkürzten Reihen gestrickt, um den Ausschnitt am Nacken höher zu setzen. Dann wird die Raglanpasse bis zur Ärmelabtrennung gestrickt. Die Ärmelmaschen werden stillgelegt und der Körper zuerst in Runden bis zum Bündchen gestrickt. Die Ärmelmaschen werden wieder aufgenommen und die Ärmel in Runden nach unten bis zum Bündchen gestrickt. Auf der Vorderseite wird gleichzeitig das „ Arrow Muster“ und in der unteren Hälfte des Körpers das „Richelieu“ Muster gestrickt.

2 Rundstricknadeln in der Größe 4 mm, 40 cm und 80 cm
Ein Nadelspiel mit derselben Nadelstärke (dieses wird nicht benötigt, wenn man die Magic Loop Methode für die Ärmel verwendet).

Für die Bündchen:
2 Rundstricknadeln in der Größe 3,5 mm, 40 cm und 80 cm
Ein Nadelspiel mit derselben Nadelstärke (dieses wird nicht benötigt, wenn man die Magic Loop Methode für die Ärmel verwendet).

ZUSÄTZLICHES MATERIAL
7 Maschenmarkierer (1 für den Anfang der Runde, 4 Raglan Markierer und 2 für das “Arrow” Muster)
2 Reihenzähler (einer für die Raglan Passe und einer für das “Arrow” Muster)
Restgarn, um Maschen stillzulegen
Nähnadel, um die Fäden zu vernähen

MASCHENPROBE
22 M und 32 Rh glatt rechts mit beiden Garnen zusammen und mit der größeren Nadel gestrickt = 10 cm nach dem Waschen und Spannen.
Bitte verwenden Sie die Nadelgröße, die bei Ihnen diese Größe für die Maschenprobe ergibt.
