Ribbons
From the pattern:
There are so many beautiful ribbons available. It would be a crime not to incorporate them with the wonderful yarn we have at our fingertips. You can create a rich variety of colors and textures by adding ribbons to a hat. If you think four rows of ribbon is too much, put only the first eyelet row in and use a single band of ribbon. This understated version is just as pretty.
