Rhubarb Socks
by Sarah Hatton
THIS SPRING-LIKE design from Sarah Hatton features an interesting fabric, with textured cross motifs that are created by working a series of elongated stitches and wrap stitches. The socks are knitted from the toe-up, and Sarah has used Judy’s Magic Cast-on method. She has chosen The Fibre Co.’s Amble sock yarn, a lovely blend of Merino wool, suri alpaca and recycled nylon fibres which have been treated using an eco-friendly alternative to the superwash process. Amble comes in a wide choice of gorgeous colours.
