Rhinebeck Riches Reversible Cable Scarf
This pattern is available as a
free Ravelry download
This simple, graceful reversible latticed cable with gently undulating edges creates a wonderfully warm, soft, and versatile garment that can be worn as a scarf, wrap, or neck warmer.
To make a man’s scarf or neck warmer, sew two buttons along the narrow bottom edge of the garment instead of using a shawl pin to fasten the garment. No buttonholes are required; slip the buttons through the fabric where the lattice is cabled.
Both the yarn and the glass shawl pin were purchased at the Rhinebeck Sheep & Wool Festival.
