This scarf has an unusual construction, where two identical scarf pieces are worked and then sewed together via attaching the lace edging, to form a ‘reversible’ scarf.

Finished size: 10in (25cm) x 40 in (102cm)

Yarn:

  • 2 x balls Jamieson & Smith 2ply Jumper Weight Yarn OR 50g/2oz (228m/249y) 4-ply/Fingering 100% wool yarn

Needles:

  • 3.0mm knitting needles

Difficulty level: Advanced beginner

Techniques: Casting on and off; knitting and purling; simple lace stitches (YOs, K2Tog); grafting; sewing lace edge to scarf.
