Reversible Cables Baby Blanket
Reversible Cables Baby Blanket is designed to be worked in the round from the outside in. The cables run thru each quadrant of the blanket and meet at the center. The best part is that this blanket is reversible! You can make yours with one color or combine all the yarn leftovers you have of the same weight and create your color combination. You can’t go wrong because the blanket is worked in the round. Just to give you an idea, I worked some of the rows for the Worsted Weight Yarn blanket sample alternating speckled yarn with solid color yarn.
The pattern for this blanket is made for three yarn weights - DK, Worsted, and Bulky. The DK yarn instructions will be listed first, followed by the Worsted, and Bulky Weight yarn instructions in parenthesis - DK yarn version (Worsted, Bulky Yarn version). You will need circular needles with different cable lengths as you get closer to the central part of the blanket unless you use the Magic Loop Method. If you prefer to use DPNs for the last few rounds of the blanket, the size is provided in the NEEDLES section.
