This soft lacy top is reversible. Its upper part and bottom are made in two tonal or contrasting colors – just change the front and back for a different look… Fun, right? Your child will love it.

The garment is worked in turned rows, in two rectangular panels with a minimal shaping around the neck. Stitch pattern is a repetitive combination of chains and joining stitches (single crochet and slip stitch). It’s easy to memorize as you go, and super quick to work.

The top is intended to be close fitting, with up to 2” (5 cm) of negative ease nicely opening the lace and allowing layering over a tight fitting tee or camisole. For a classic vest-like fit, go one size up.

The pattern is offered in 5 sizes (2 to 10 yrs):
