The two strands consist of 1 strand of MC yarn and 1 strand of CC yarn. MC remains the same through the whole sweater, the CC colour changes to create 4 wide stripes.
Hem, cuffs and neckline feature a Brioche rib pattern that combines standard purl stitches worked with 2 strands held together and Brioche sts that are worked with just 1 strand. The rib pattern continues along the sides of the body, underside of sleeves and raglan lines.
